Heating systems (wall-mounted boilers and pellet water-stoves), air-conditioning systems, boiler systems and industrial applications usually use pressure transducer.
Depending on pressure, the AISI sensitive element moves a magnet. The magnet is close to the Hall Effect sensor that produce a potential gap. This gap varies the electrical signal from 0.5 to 3.5 VDC in proportion to the applied pressure.
The polyaryllaminde plastic shell is welded by ultrasounds, in order to make its components' joint homogeneous and long-lasting.
